Quick Apply Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description Responsibilities Responsible for oversight of the Risk Team, including all day-to-day Risk Management operations across both of our New Jersey online casino brands to ensure that all KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Oversees all KYC and AML verification and investigatory processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls Oversees all Risk-related player investigations in conjunction with the Risk & Payments Manager Handles Risk-related cases, including escalated cases for KYC, AML and other related issues.
Works closely with the Payments Supervisor and Customer Service Manager to resolve any risk or payment-related player escalations Works closely with the Risk & Payments Manager to defining, implementing, monitoring and optimizing Resorts Digital Gaming's risk mitigation strategy Constantly evaluates processes and internal controls to ensure that our operations are efficient and streamlined, while remaining cognizant of customer experience.
Works closely with the Internet Gaming Manager and Title 31 team to ensure that all processes meet regulatory obligations (including Suspicious Activity Reporting (SARs), New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement Fraud Reports and internal case files) Responsible for ensuring that all Risk Analysts remain in compliance with all new hire and annual certification training courses Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting requests for both regulatory compliance and internal purposes Ensures an outstanding customer experience for all patrons Performs all other Risk-related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Degree or equivalent required 2
years' experience in a Risk and/or AML Analyst role (relevant experience in an online gaming setting is a plus) Ability to read, understand and explain basic financial transactional histories including depositing, wagering, win/loss and withdrawals.
Strong judgement to make rational and balanced decisions with regards to player cases Exceptional customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to work flexible hours (including weekends, if required) in order to support business needs to support a 24/7/365 operation Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new and proprietary systems Must possess or be able to obtain a basic New Jersey Casino Employee license (non-Key) Job Type:
