Oversee the maintenance and construction of dealership facilities Handle selection of contractors and supervise dealership-wide projects, including painting, paving, roofing, installation, remodeling, demolition, etc.
Prepare leases for dealerships and investment properties as needed Report damage from vehicle accidents and serious incidents involving associates/vehicles to the applicable parties Other tasks as required Qualifications include but are not limited to:
College degree preferred, but not required Experience in construction management is a PLUS! Willingness to travel Basic maintenance and repair skills With 42
