Ability to respect all cultures and ethic differences required POSITION SUMMARY The Driver Recovery Coach is responsible for transporting clients by van for our residential, clinical, and medical programs.
The Driver will also assist in client engagement and ensuring smooth transition into their program.
This position is primarily during the day, but the position requires flexibility as overlap between our evening programs, if necessary.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Valid NJ Driver's License required.
18 hours Ethics/Peer Support Training and 46 hours Recovery Specialist training (CCAR) required.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of personal recovery and a knowledge of the recovery process.
Ability to recognize the elements of a client crisis required.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This position requires repetitive driving, motion, hearing, pushing, reaching, and reading, seeing, speaking, standing and sitting the majority of the time.
Spends time with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, copier, and telephone.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP This position reports to department leadership.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
