Responsibilities:
Answering phones, making / changing / confirming appointments for hygienists and doctors.
Greeting / Checking in patients - ensuring necessary paperwork is completed and up to date.
Familiar with treatment plans Communicating effectively with the doctors, hygienists, and other staff members on daily activities throughout each day.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatment and procedures.
