We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Staff / Employee Scheduler, you will be a key player on our team.
Oversee all staffing and scheduling needs for field staff working out of our three NJ locations.
Liaison with Recruiters to fill vacancies in the schedule.
Identify positive solutions that balance the needs of the employees with the needs of the company/schedule.
Create shifts and assignments where needed, and modify daily schedule as needed, which includes notifying and communicating with employees' re-shift assignments, trade approvals and PTO requests.
Prepare and compile various periodic reports and documents for review and analysis.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED Working knowledge and experience in staffing/scheduling.
Prior experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail -oriented, and extremely organized.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
