We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Call Center Representative, you will be a key player on our Call Center team.
Receive, evaluate and prioritize incoming calls to determine the appropriate level of medical transportation response Schedule trips, collect the appropriate information and enter data into computer aided dispatch software (CAD) Maintain accurate records and monitor workflow for scheduled appointments Operate a multi-line telephone system and various computer systems Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers, supervisors and the public at all times Have a good understanding of South Jersey geography WHAT YOU'LL NEED Availability 2 full time shifts available 4am-12pm and 8am-4pm Proficient computer skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in high pressure situations Clean background check Negative drug screening Proof of COVID-19 vaccination PERKS Competitive compensation Benefits package (Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance) Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) after 6 months of service Opportunities for growth and advancement JOB TYPE:
