At Ingerman, the Porter is responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, common areas, interior spaces, and offices.
This includes maintaining property cleanliness and curb appeal, restoring vacated apartments to move-in condition, and preserving office, bathroom, and kitchen hygiene.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or GED required One year of general maintenance experience in preferred Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferred Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays Requires the ability to read, speak and comprehend the English language Ability to follow direction and work independently Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment Requirements ANSI approved steel-toe/composite shoes Must have a valid Driver's License Must have reliable transportation Willing to assist with other properties within the portfolio and surrounding portfolios as needed Willing to travel up to 10% of the time WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED We take pride in supporting the health and well-being of our teammates and their families:
