This Guest Services Representative will assist guests in a timely and courteous manner while providing an outstanding guest experience.

Responding to guest requests Job functions will include:
Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests Provide information on the local area and points of interest Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
Answer the front desk phone Respond to guest requests promptly Cash handling Prepare Reports Balance Credit card Receipts The successful candidate will possess the following:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer Service Experience Must be capable of accurately handling money.
Reading, math, and communication in English required Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed is required.
Adhere to brand and company standards.
