We are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing for our Egg Harbor, NJ campus.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday (day shift).
As part of the school's management team, the Assistant Director of Nursing must ensure that the school's operations are in full compliance with all government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures in its delivery of education to the student body and faculty.
The Assistant Director of Nursing must maintain the school at the highest level of quality, ethics and integrity.
The Assistant Director of Nursing assists in managing the LPN program to achieve the optimum level of student retention.
The Assistant Director of Nursing strives to fulfill the institutional aims and mission of the organization.
Essential FunctionsAssist with faculty recruitment and hiring.
Responsible for faculty orientation, professional development, evaluation, and management.
Mentors faculty in core training elements and provides support and direction in areas of educational development.
Assists faculty in instructional delivery methods that address students differing learning styles.
Ensure that all instructors are present, and that adequate provisions are made for classes affected by faculty absences.
Responsible for evaluating and updating faculty education plan (FEP) for all nursing faculty.
Assist with faculty file review.
This includes completeness of faculty files, documentation of official transcripts, resumes, professional development, observations, licensing, performance reviews and health data information as applicable.
Assist with the academic scheduling of faculty and students.
Oversee the Clinical Skill Lab management including scheduling of students and faculty.
Conducts classroom observations and surveys.
Reviews the results with faculty, students, and the Director of Nursing - PN as appropriate.
Supports and enforces school and academic policies and procedures; advises and supports instructors as needed.
Supports students' questions and concerns regarding attendance, curriculum and progression, graduation and re-entry standards or issues.
Maintains an inventory of all equipment, book supplies, and training aids, and course materials within the respective program as applicable.
Manages student progress from orientation to graduation.
Ensures satisfactory academic progress as it relates to student progression.
This includes student reentry attendance, grades, and graduation rates.
Provides students with feedback directly or through faculty.
Monitors student breaks, ensuring that students follow the prescribed school guidelines.
Manages curriculum implementation and ensures compliance to standards.
Contributes to the curriculum review process.
Where appropriate, oversees or communicates all changes to curriculum, books, and supplies.
Maintains oversight of processes related to student satisfaction and positive student retention, including contacting absent students and student advisement.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCERequired:
Master's in Nursing or related Health Care Field.
RN License in New Jersey3 years of experience in education or managementMinimum 2 years teaching experience preferredSKILLS/COMPETENCIESMust be able to read and interpret documents including federal, state, and local regulations.
Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
